I found the job I was looking for through your page
Thank you so much❤️
Karobar ("work and business") started as an idea: let businesses hire the people they need through social media, where those people already are. It is an Instagram page and free job platform that publishes companies' job ads and connects them with a young generation, on one simple rule: nobody should miss a job because of their gender or their age.
A large part of Gen Z will never build a LinkedIn profile or scroll through hundreds of listings on a job site. They find opportunities the way they find everything else: on Instagram, often through a friend who shared a post.
Karobar works with that habit instead of against it. Employers send their ads by direct message. Karobar turns them into short, clear posts and publishes them free of charge. Job seekers share them, apply, and can register their CV in Karobar's archive so the team can introduce them when a matching job comes in.
Alongside the ads, Karobar talks about how work should feel: respectful relationships between managers and colleagues, fair treatment of women, who still face real obstacles at work, and hiring that looks at people rather than their age or gender. Employers are asked to write complete ads with pay, hours and location, and to leave age and gender out unless the job truly requires it.
From the outside, Karobar can look like a small idea: an Instagram page that posts job ads businesses send by direct message. That simplicity is the point. Because posting a job takes one message and building a CV takes a few taps, people actually use it. And because every CV lands in one structured archive, Karobar has quietly built an organised record of a very large audience that job boards never reached, with a direct, friendly line to all of them.
No forms, no accounts. A business sends one Instagram message and the ad goes out to people who are already listening.
Every CV is stored with field, skills, software, AI tools and availability, so the team can find the right person for a job in seconds.
More than 22,000 young people follow Karobar where they already spend their time. Reaching them is a post, not a campaign.
No age or gender filters, complete ads, and a way to report bad experiences. The rules travel with every ad.
Job seekers pay nothing and employers pay nothing. So how does it keep going? Only through projects that come to Reihanet Studio along the way. Many businesses saw how Karobar helped them and later trusted the studio with their own projects.
A few of the messages job seekers and employers have sent us, translated. Names and photos are left out.

The person behind the DMs
Every message sent to Karobar lands with Leila first. She is a graphic designer and one of the core people at Reihanet Studio, with a sharp eye for detail: send in your CV and you may get a short note back, "write this part like this and you will stand out".
She is kind, patient and never leaves a message unanswered. Report a problem and she follows it through to the end. And when a business has a job but no poster, Leila designs one for them and helps them get the ad right. We were looking for someone we could trust completely with this job, and nobody fit it like Leila.
Unless a job truly needs it, we ask employers to leave age and gender out. Let everyone apply; the best person may surprise you.
Women still face many challenges at work. We talk about it openly and ask employers to treat women colleagues with respect and as equals.
Managers and colleagues should work on the basis of respect. We talk about healthy work culture and teach it.
The right job has nothing to do with age. Whether you are new or experienced, Karobar is for you.
Pay, hours, workplace and several ways to get in touch. People should know exactly what the job is before they apply.
Karobar is free for job seekers and employers. We see it as a social responsibility we took on wholeheartedly.
Karobar is run by Reihanet Studio, the content studio founded by Reihane Taravati, whose idea it was.
